Appellee recovered judgment against appellant in the amount of $44,273.04, for injuries received when he was injured while working for appellant. Appellant carried no workmen's compensation insurance. The jury found appellant had three or more employees, one of whom was appellee. The judgment was based on a finding of negligence on the part of appellant in failing to provide adequate lighting while appellee was moving furniture for appellant....
