This is a suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident. The plaintiff, Mrs. Yvonne R. Fontenot, driving a pickup truck, was attempting to pass a large truck and trailer, driven by the defendant, Frank Pepitone, when defendant's vehicle veered into the passing lane, causing plaintiff's vehicle to overturn in the ditch.
