Heaton and Son, a sheet metal company, contracted with defendant Weyerhaeuser to remove deteriorated sheet metal ventilation ducts from the rafters of Weyerhaeuser's paper mill. Martin was injured June 30, 1964, when he stepped upon and his foot broke through the sheet metal housing of a fan which was a part of a different duct system designed...
