Plaintiffs, by next of friend, have instituted this action seeking injunctive, compensatory and punitive relief for an alleged violation of the statutory command contained in 42 U.S.C.A. § 1982. Jurisdiction is founded upon 28 U.S.C.A. § 1343(4). The case, in essence, deals with alleged racial discrimination in the rental of an apartment owned by the defendants and located at 8717 Natural Bridge, in St. Louis...
