This suit arises out of an accident which occurred on the night of July 14, 1967, at the intersection of S. Foster Drive and Claycut Road in East Baton Rouge Parish. The vehicles involved were an automobile operated and owned by Charles A. Zachariah and a motorbike being operated by Joseph L. Mayeux, Jr., plaintiff's minor son.
