Plaintiff, O. B. Gregory, Sr., seeks to recover from his former wife, Mrs. Irene Walker Gregory, one-half the enhancement in value of her separate property resulting from improvements which allegedly were placed thereon at community expense. The defendant answered denying that community funds were used to construct improvements on her separate property. She also filed a reconventional demand claiming one-half the value by which plaintiff's separate property...
