This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in an action for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff, who slipped and fell down two stairs on the premises of defendant. Plaintiff and her witnesses claimed that a strip of abrasive tape on the step on which she slipped was worn and slippery.
