This suit was brought by New Amsterdam Casualty Company, subrogated insurer of Lionel Durr, owner and lessor of the premises 5404 St. Roch Avenue, against Mr. and Mrs. William Redondo, Labiche's, Inc., and General Electric Company. Plaintiff seeks to recover the amounts paid under its policy of insurance as a result of a fire which damaged the premises occupied by Mr. and Mrs. William Redondo.
