This is an appeal from a jury verdict denying the plaintiff, Gus W. Schram, Jr., medical expenses, and on behalf of his minor son, Mark Schram, damages resulting from an automobile-pedestrian accident. The suit was instituted against Clarence Castille, now deceased, driver of the 1960 Pontiac automobile involved in the accident. The automobile was owned by Harold H.
