The present appeal grows out of an action brought by a farm tenant, Math Kohn, to obtain an accounting and other relief from his landlord, Helen Babb. The trial court found there was $409.77 due the tenant on the accounting and denied further relief. Both parties have appealed.

The controversy arose from a written farm lease entered into by these parties...
