In this action plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of dismissal signed, filed and entered after his failure to post security as required by an order which determined he was a vexatious litigant and ordered him to post $5,000 in cash, or bond, within 10 days of the order. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 391-391.6.)1 His multifarious contentions are set forth in 21 points and XIII propositions...
