This appeal has been submitted with an agreed statement of facts. During the period from January to September, 1966, the defendant purchased from the plaintiff a large quantity of household furnishings having a retail value of $8,327.82. The cost of the individual items comprising this amount was reflected in an open charge account which the defendant purchaser had maintained with the plaintiff seller for a number of years.
