This is an appeal from a decree of annulment of a marriage in which the court also placed custody of the minor child of the parties in plaintiff.

Plaintiff, Lesta J. Brown, filed suit for divorce against the defendant, Ben Brown, on April 7, 1967. Plaintiff alleged, as grounds for the divorce, general indignities.
