On December 10, 1968, the State entered a nolle prosequi in the case of State v. Dopp, County Court Docket No. 10,836, and indictment charging the respondent with the crime of manslaughter. The action in that case resulted in an appeal to this Court which is disposed of by an opinion filed concurrently herewith, 255 A.2d 190.
