Nels J. Eide, a certified sea captain, found his matrimonial ship breaking up during the seventh year of his marriage to Thelma Eide. She was awarded a divorce and about one-third of all the property of the parties. Captain Eide says she received too much and appeals.

Thelma Eide says the appeal ought to be dismissed or summarily affirmed because the Captain tampered with the exhibits. After initially refusing to certify the statement of facts...
