The dispute in this case, in one form or another, revolves around the questions: (1) who may be the proper caveators and caveatees to the testamentary instruments before us (a will and two codicils) and (2) the proper issues to be framed by the orphans' court, for determination by a court of law pertaining to the mental capacity of the testatrix and her knowledge of the contents...
