The defendant is the owner of several warehouse buildings in the City of Rockford, Illinois. What the parties call the "North" building is a heated warehouse and is not involved in this litigation. The "South" building, which is the building involved herein, was not heated and defendant rented storage space, at this location, to a number of persons. No partitions...
