Respondent appealed to the superior court from an order of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals rejecting her claim for benefits under the workmen's compensation act. The Board predicated the denial upon its conclusion that respondent, engaged in going to her place of work at the time of injury, was not injured in the course of her employment. The superior court, sitting without a jury, entered findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment reversing...
