This cause is before the Court on the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus of Benjamin D. Chisholm. The Response of the State has been received.

Petitioner was convicted of the crime of rape in the Dade County Circuit Court after pleading guilty. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. This plea of guilty is not being attacked as being the product of misapprehension and coercion thus making it involuntary...
