Petition for warit of hebeas corpus is granted, and the writ may issue forthwith. The respondent is directed to bring the peitioner to the Superior Court for the counties of Providence and Bristol forthwith for the purpose of admitting the petitioner to bail and said court shall thereupon fix the amount of bail theren pursuant to this mandate.
