This is a suit to set aside and have declared null and void a local option election held in Ward 5, Sabine Parish, Louisiana, in which is included a portion of the municipality of Zwolle, Louisiana. Petitions complying with the provisions of LSA-R.S. 26:581 et seq., were circulated in Ward 5, addressed to the Police Jury of Sabine Parish, to call a local option election in Ward 5. These petitions were filed with the Sabine Parish Registrar of Voters...
