WILLIAMS, Judge.

On March 17, 1964, plaintiff, Mrs. Adrienne Witvliet Whittington, and the defendant, John Paul Whittington, were judicially separated. On the same date plaintiff and defendant entered into a partition agreement. As a result of this agreement plaintiff received certain movables consisting of household furniture, a savings account of $110, a 1960 Oldsmobile and all of the minerals owned (a one-third interest)
