On this appeal from the dismissal of a writ of habeas corpus, we are presented with the question of whether an inmate sentenced to a reformatory term may be transferred to a State prison, treated no differently there than nonreformatory inmates, and confined beyond the maximum term to which he would have been subject had he received a prison sentence.
