By a verdict of the jury the defendant, John Paul Anderson, was found guilty with recommendation to mercy of the murder of his wife, Brenda Minton Anderson, by drowning in the ocean at Folly Beach on June 19, 1965. After sentence of life imprisonment was imposed as required by statute, he appealed from the conviction and sentence by thirty-eight exceptions alleging trial errors...
