The defendant was charged with theft of an Aerins 24-inch, six horsepower snowblower, model 10 MG, of the approximate value of $315, which was the property of Bricklayer's Union No. 8 located at 5900 West Center street in Milwaukee. The theft allegedly occurred on February 20, 1968. The snowblower was never recovered and the defendant contends, (1) that the state did not prove that a crime had been committed, and (2) that the state did not prove...
