This is a civil action brought by the plaintiff public housing authority for possession of an apartment located in one of the housing developments it operates within the city of Woonsocket. This suit was originally commenced in the twelfth district court which found for the plaintiff. The defendants took an appeal to the superior court and claimed a jury trial.
