Tommie Lee Latham, defendant-appellant, appeals from a judgment of conviction after jury verdict finding him guilty of the crime of possession of stolen goods from an interstate motortruck shipment knowing the same to have been stolen in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. Specifically, the indictment charged that on or about August 28, 1967, Latham and a codefendant, Joseph Johnson, had in their possession two reels of armored copper cable...
