SHANGRAW, Justice.

This is the second time this case has been before this Court. It dates back to events occurring in May, 1966. Both parties to this controversy are real estate brokers. The gist of the action is that the defendant wrongfully interfered with plaintiff's brokerage contract dated May 18, 1966, which he had with Mr. & Mrs. Rondeau, the owners and sellers of a farm in Newport, Vermont.
