This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cook County wherein the plaintiff prevailed in its suit for declaratory judgment. The judgment found the defendant insurance company to be obligated under its policy of insurance to defend the plaintiff in a personal injury suit that resulted from alleged negligent acts of the plaintiff's servant. The judgment further ordered the defendant to pay to the plaintiff $1,200 for services rendered...
