On 2 October 1967 in the Criminal Court of Baltimore the appellant was found to have violated the terms of probation prescribed on 5 September 1967 upon a conditional suspension of sentence on a verdict of guilty generally under a six count indictment charging offenses arising from the breaking of a storehouse.1 See Md.
