1. Plaintiff contends that its security interest was properly perfected by notation on a certificate of title issued pursuant to the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title Act (Ga. L. 1961, p. 68, as amended; Code Ann. Ch. 68-4A). Defendant Smithloff argues that the bank's security interest should have been perfected under the Uniform Commercial Code (Ga. L. 1962, p. 156; Code Ann. Title 109A).
