MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

Plaintiff sues herein under diversity jurisdiction on a final judgment entered by a state court in Virginia in its favor against the Defendant. 28 U.S.C. § 1332; U.S.Const., Art. 4, § 1. Defendant opposes the suit with the contention that the Virginia court lacked jurisdiction over it when the judgment was entered.
