The plaintiff-appellant Edwin H. Arbaugh, Administrator, c.t.a. of the estate of his brother, Wilson E. Arbaugh, filed a bill in equity requesting that the Circuit Court for Carroll County impose a constructive trust in favor of the estate on the proceeds of a joint checking account withdrawn by the appellee from the Carroll County Bank & Trust Company, and on which account the names of the decedent and his landlady...
