This action was brought by the committee of Albert J. Mauterer to set aside two leases, one dated March 31, 1965, and one dated April 30, 1965, on the ground that Mauterer, the lessor, was mentally incompetent at the time of the execution of the leases, that undue influence was exercised by the defendant, Bowen, the lessee, and that the terms of the leases are grossly unreasonable...
