In this appeal, the defendant seeks to reverse, for lack of personal jurisdiction, a decree for divorce which included a grant of custody of the couple's children to the plaintiff.

The record discloses that on March 1, 1968, Mary A. Threlfall, filed a complaint for separate maintenance against Ronald Threlfall. It was therein alleged that the parties were married on November 19, 1955, at Chicago Heights...
