PER CURIAM:

Defendant Louis Myron Blackwell was tried by a jury and convicted of breaking and entering a business place with intent to commit larceny, CL 1948, § 750.110, as amended by PA 1964, No 133 (Stat Ann 1965 Cum Supp § 28.305). He was sentenced to serve a term of two to ten years. On appeal there are two assignments of error.
