Plaintiff-Appellant, a dentist, was insured by defendant-appellee under two accident policies. At age 84, while still active in the practice of his profession, but while working in his yard at home in St. Petersburg, Florida, on June 21, 1965, plaintiff-appellant fell and sustained multiple injuries, including fractures of his left arm.
