The issue in this appeal is whether a so-called "household-exclusion" provision of plaintiff's automobile liability policy, written by defendant, applies where one driver, William Wiik, has secured a judgment of contribution against the other driver, the plaintiff herein, arising out of their joint negligence in causing the death of plaintiff's wife.
