Respondent was admitted to practice in the First Judicial Department on March 21, 1952. She was convicted, after trial, in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, of obstructing justice, and conspiracy so to do, in violation of various sections of title 18 of the United States Code, and sentenced to serve two years' imprisonment.
