We are again confronted with reviewing the discretion of a trial judge in granting a new trial. Appellee-Plaintiff Brundage Motors, Inc. instituted this action against Appellant-Defendant North Dade Imported Motors, Inc. for the recovery of $14,109.92, which sum North Dade admitted it owed.
