At the instigation of the defendant, a time for taking the plaintiff's depositions was scheduled for July 30, 1968. Whereupon, the plaintiff served the defendant with a notice to produce two dozen items of written evidence at the taking of the deposition, stating in the notice that the notice was given in accordance with Code Ann. § 38-801 (g).
