Defendant was convicted of Grand Theft (Auto) in violation of A.R.S. § 13-661 and § 13-663. The evidence showed that Don H. Hoctor owned an auto wrecking business. He purchased the automobile in question to dismantle and sell its parts, and to junk what was nonusable. The car was not in running condition and had to be towed.
