KEYSER, Justice.

This is an action to recover damages for breach of covenant in a warranty deed of real estate. Defendant, Barre Trust Company, defaulted and liability was conceded by defendant Abare. The cause was heard by court, the sole issue being the question of damages. After hearing and findings, the court entered judgment for the plaintiff to recover the sum of $1132.50 plus interest and costs of $156.00, or a total of $1288.50. The case is here on appeal...
