Exchange National Bank of Chicago seeks to disqualify as a party to this suit the intervenor, Homer Bonhiver, who is the State court appointed receiver of the insolvent American Allied Insurance Company, on the grounds that he has violated an Executive Order of the President and several criminal statutes...
