Charles Harry Jones (appellant), Alvin Rendell Carroll and Roscoe Edward Keaton were jointly indicted and charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia (1st count) and that they "unlawfully conspired together to violate Section 297 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland" (2nd count). Appellant was separately tried by a court trial in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and found guilty of the offense...
