SHANGRAW, Justice.

This is a prosecution for the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a violation of 23 V.S.A. section 1183. Trial was had by jury in the Washington District Court, Connarn, J. presiding. A verdict of guilty was returned and judgment rendered thereon by the court. The respondent has appealed to this Court.
