At a court trial which commenced on 7 June 1968 in the Criminal Court of Baltimore the appellant was convicted of the murder in the first degree of Rosina DiPaula1 and of assault with intent to murder Concettina DiPaula. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on the murder conviction and to a consecutive sentence of 15 years on the assault conviction...
