Clifford Jordan, Jr., was tried by jury and convicted on two counts of an information charging carnal knowledge of a female over the age of 16 contrary to CLS 1961, § 750.520 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.788) and robbery armed contrary to CLS 1961, § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1969 Cum Supp § 28.797).
