This appeal challenges the Commission's jurisdictional conclusion on two grounds: First, that the Commission erred in concluding as a matter of law that the employer in this case "did not regularly employ five or more employees in the same business or establishment"; and second, even if there be no error in that regard, that the Commission erred in failing to conclude as a matter of law, from the facts found by it and established by the evidence...
