Plaintiff, Dorrene Schneider was at the municipal airport of the City of Phoenix awaiting the arrival of her husband. He was to arrive on an airplane landing at that airport. Mrs. Schneider had purchased a magazine and was seated on one of the cushioned seats provided at the airport. While seated she heard a cracking sound from above.
